Missed feature from old app I've just upgraded my app. I do agree that it looks nice, but I miss the feature to be able to filter on more than one location or more than one class. The way this is set up, I can only search 1 location at a time or one class at a time. Also, I can't create an inventory of my favorite classes. Lastly, clicking add to calendar does not add it to any calendar that I can see; not my Google and not the calendar within this app. Further, the feedback link in app takes me to an inactive email *sigh*
Hate new app They took away functions, made it impossible to switch between locations, and made very slight improvements to account info. This new ap is geared toward 1-location user who buys lots of extra classes. That is definitely not me. I only use it to check in and will stick to website for all else.
Fine if you only use 1 location Why take away the feature to curate your own class schedule with your favorite classes across locations? I frequent 4 different locations so it is really annoying to have to look them up individually. Also agree that the background makes it hard to read and when I tried to log in it told me my account was cancelled, which is not the case.
Forced appearance and slow. Not very user friendly. Take a survey first to see how many actually use this app for appointments and bookings. It'll be a very small number. Most use it just to get into the gym. Keep it simple people.
It's below average For as simple as this app is. Development should catch the wrong resolution across phones etc. Looks awful especially I have to see it every time I check into the club.
Too Much This version of the app actually decreased information (can't see club hours, can't search classes by instructor), and makes the info harder to see by overlaying that picture of the pool. Also, why are there so many shortcuts to call the clubs? Who is calling the front desk so often? No one. This version of the app is just annoying, and it's not useful.
