I have had this app for over 2 years and have rarely been able to log in. It asks me security questions that I have never used as a means of extra security. Even when I save my log in info, it never saves it. It's extremely annoying and never convenient. I have called for help, but the issue continues. I have to log in via desktop which isn't always ideal.

The new app is awful. Please make option for fonts to be larger in settings, I can barely see the numbers. The new app is much slower, more cluttered, and pin login is having issues. Edit 8/22/19: Newest update is much improved, fonts are readable now. Thank you! Edit 7/14/21: The latest update went back to fonts too small to read, and no way to make larger in settings.

Love that they balance my account for me, lock and unlock my debit card easily, and offer secure cards to help with credit. Great second chance banking! You also get a gift for opening an acct and a gift for referring someone to the bank!
