OFF BALANCE AND LATE PROCESSING !!! I have had transactions take almost a MONTH to process and finally show up !! The biometric never works ... And I have to put my login pin in 2-3 times sometimes for it to except it!!?? So I use the full password everytime. My direct deposit takes 3-4 days to be deposited ( and yes it's on their end I double checked)and be able to use my MONEY to pay bills etc... Sometimes it crashes several times and I'm unable to access my account through the app .

It always crashing. I have a Galaxy s10. It's also outdated and needs updating. Falls short of banking app.

You aren't allowed to transfer money unless you call first and have it approved by a banker which can take several days. Overall, a very stupid rule that prohibits me from accessing my money when I need it!
