STARS Intake allows you to immediately enter claims and incidents from wherever you may be.

STARS Intake provides secure mobile access to STARS Enterprise and is available to clients in the Community Cloud as well as those self-hosting their implementation. It is compatible with version 14 and higher.

With STARS Intake you can:
- Enter new claims and incidents
- Select an existing record from STARS to populate fields on the claim/incident (such as employee or patient records)
- Create notes attached to the claim/incident
- Attach photos to the claim/incident
- Trigger events to occur after submission of the claim/incident

Broken glitch filled garbage app! Fix it! 8 months later app still not working properly. This is a mandatory function for some of us. Please fix this. Why is this not fixed?

I'd use it if you fixed the issue saying "network connectivity is not available" tried wifi and without.

Broken app, waste of my time when I didn't have any time to waste.
