So laggy and can't unselected promo item, keeps reverting to older input, can't pin correctly. You need to fix your app or fire your app developer. Gave up ordering, you lost a sale and customer.

laggy, slow and utterly ridiculous pop-ups. Who would ever want to use the slower separate app than a normal food delivery app just for this if not for certain promotion?

Why do not you add an option to eat-in option in the app apart from pick up and delivery?? You must add this eat-in for customer who would like to eat in the restaurant but do not want to order food via KFC order stands which have a very long queue. If we have eat in option we can select eat-in on the app. We do not want a cup of onetime/takehome pepsi but I need refill pepsi cup. Your app does not allow eat-in option and add refill pepsi on the menu.
