When messaging multiple people, it shows as a message repeated to EACH recipient instead of showing ONE message sent having multiple recipients. An available shift can only be picked up by the first one to get to it blocking the opportunity for ALL who are interested and managers aren't able to approve accordingly from a possible pool.
Probably the most annoying thing is not being able to sync my schedule to my Google calendar and not being able to see my co-workers information such as phones numbers etc. The notifications are hit or miss and I rarely get one when my schedule is posted, just when shifts are offered. I have to email my bosses with requests off on top of requesting in the app as they don't get notifications in an easy accessible way. Sending out 35 messages when I group message the rest of the staff is craziness and hard to manage. If I didn't have to use this for my employer I definitely would choose something else.
I would prefer a schedule written out on stone. At least stone doesn't break down as much as this.
Simple, easy to use.
We were forced to switch from a different scheduling app for our work - this is terrible, not user friendly and has cause many scheduling problems. Everyone hates it.
User interface is crap. Not smooth and convenient like HotSchedules. Lack of customization is terrible.
