Ratings and reviews

Very handy to check balance, automatic deposits and payments. BIG downfall is loan payment transfers from checking or savings toward principal only CANNOT be made on this app and no matter what you type in the memo field, it will still simply pay a future payment. Apparently no one monitors your memos or cares, and your instructions are not followed. Bottom line, it is not a full service app.

Never get notifications on the alerts I have set up and now I have fees that never would've happened if I would've just been notified that I was below a certain amount like the app is supposed to do. And it doesn't show real time balances. It says you have money, but once you swipe your card here comes an overdraft fee instead of it just declining. This has been an ongoing issue for a couple months now and I'm not the only one. They're making BIG money off a "faulty" app

Normally, I love this app and use it probably daily. It is easy to use and allows me to easily manage banking. For at least a week now, though, there are problems to where I can't transfer money or do other various things (it just says loading). I've tried updating the app and I think that made it worse. I'll be happy to change my rating when it is corrected.
