Not able to use this app since the last update. Says I don't have an account nor will it let me set up a new account because the create button doesn't work. Cub Cadet should hire a person that knows what they are doing to set up their apps. This one is now worthless.
The app keeps saying that my email is invalid even though I registered on Cub Cadet's web page. Did the verification 3 times with the same results. Tried to call them and stayed on hold for 10 minutes. Finally gave up. Would have been nice if this would have worked on my brand new Xt1 Enduro.
Unable to register. Sends me verification code but never allows me to complete registration because the "create" button cannot be tapped. The cancel button works just fine though. What's the point of having Bluetooth connect if I can't login?
This is possibly the worst app app I've ever used. And by other reviews, they clearly don't care. How they can advertise this as a bonus to your lawn mower purchase is a joke. Crashes constantly. Hope the lawn mower works better.
This is a great app when it works. For the past couple of weeks I have not been able to login. There are two ways to register/login.. 1)with an existing Facebook account, or 2)registering and creating a login via a Cub Connect portal... I elected the Facebook route, so I wouldn't have to remember credentials for another site. Currently when logging in via the Facebook connector, I get an error that says that the app is still in development mode and is only accessible by admins. So this tells me that it looks like the developer for this app is developing on the production app, rather than creating a production and test/dev app.
I'm not having the problem of logging in all the time like others, but I can't get the Bluetooth to pair on my XT1 LT42 EFI - pairing always times out. This app just doesn't work. I've emailed the developer about the situation, but have not yet had a reply. It appears this app is unsupported, and is just a sales gimmick.
