Location search is horrible. Not one donation center in a 40 mile radius of San Antonio, TX. Really? The least you could do is sync with those provide those services...especially when there is always a need
I think the app sucks for a lot of different things. I keep it updated yet I can't do rapid pass, and it does not let me check other things that I think are important at least to me
...but it's been over two years since I got a blood (or, in my case, platelets) journey update. I keep the app updated, too. It's a great tool for making appointments, though. I really would like to see if my platelets go anywhere, and where they go.
Better than before, but still full of UI sins. Two levels of tabs are hard to navigate. Why is the "ME" tab under a tab that looks like a group? Eligibility dates are under "Donation History", not under "Am I eligible". But my donation history is not under "Donation History", it's elsewhere! Donations are measured is units, lives and gallons - three ways! I don't see the value of donation types in those units. Please kill gallons - platelet donors spend 2 hours with 2 needles to donate a small volume! "Optimize _your_ donation" tells me of women and type AB donors. I thought it should be about me, right? The scheduler teaches me which back button to use. How condescending! Why not just ask what the user wants? Descriptions for earned badges are unavailable, I cannot see or show others what I did to get them.
I love this app. It makes everything so much easier, but a great thing to add would be a link to the fast pass when you are signed up for a donation.
It works. There is no health screening questionnaire tab on the page. But the eligibility criteria are there if you search for them.
Fixed issue with blood journeys not matching - May take a while to start showing again
