I can no longer log in with my biometrics. It tells me that the app has a bug and it needs to be updated by the developer. This did not happen until the app updated recently.

I love the app. It was so easy to schedule my first appointment. Making future appointments will be just as easy.

The app is buggy and doesn't update a lot of stuff. Why doesn't it update badges? I have donated 7 gallons of blood and it only shows 4 in the app.

Introducing "Blood Donor Rewards", a rewards program for ALL donors! Beginning Jan. 1, 2024, you will automatically earn points for blood, plasma and platelet donations. The more you donate, the better the rewards! Earn enough points and redeem them for e-gift cards or even an exclusive Red Cross item. No action is needed on your part to start earning points.
