One of the top rated apps when I searched! While I know the Earth quakes every day...the devastating and catastrophic events do not! Hard to watch all of the suffering. Hopefully those I've added will share this app as well. And people can prepare! In South Carolina we have at least two major fault lines in I recall correctly! Thank You Red Cross for looking out for us all!
One day it works great next day after a down load/update all notifications stop. When you live near the San Andreas fault you need notifications. Checked with friends they no longer get notifications. Emailed developer about issues not a word in days...To bad me this the Red Cross.
Can you please revert back the option to choose what size magnitude one wants for alerts. I don't want get woken up at 3 am just because there was a 4.0 magnitude earthquake that did nothing.
App too slow to report earthquakes accurately. I hear earthquake notifications over the radio before I see it on the app. I thought this app offered cutting edge notification but it doesn't. I dropped this app and went with the USGS app
Does not update data, says i do not have a wifi connection, to check it & try again, but i have both an active wifi connection as well as a data connection so WTH?! This issue has existed for over a year & i reported it last January with no response from the devs NOR ANY FIX TO THIS PROBLEM! Leaving broken/non-functional safety crAPPs up is BEYOND WRECKLESS AS IT ENDANGERS ANYONE WHO MISTAKENLY TRUSTS THE DEVS & THE CRAPP THAT SUPPOSEDLY PROVIDES EMERGENCY INFO BUT IN REALITY FAILS TO WORK AT ALL!
Wow. Non-functional and bugs out on various Android devices I attempted to run it on. Hope nobody is depending on this for anything resembling a warning. Besides, aren't local emergency mobile network notifications enabled on the vast majority of Android devices by default? What is the purpose of having an additional unstable layer between the user and that information?
