Confusing and MUCH worse than the old app. Instead of simple step by step what to do inftructions based on situations it is turned into "learning platform" with "personalized plan" and a red cross information and fundraising app. The howto section is much much shorter than before, and always starts with several questions to "recommend" a topic (and the recommendation is useless). Big step back!

There are basic spelling and grammar errors. In some cases, a sentence is not finished. There's a case where a treatment is mentioned before you are taught that treatment. I attended a first aid class where a paramedic advised the use of this app. I mentioned that it has errors & become more convoluted because of updates. He showed me his phone - he had the old, clearer app. The new app has some good info that is not communicated well. It needs serious revision for basic English & concision.

This is nothing like the original Red Cross App, and while change is good it definitely is not in this case. I cannot recommend this current app be downloaded nor used. I am very disappointed with the direction this change has taken, and found the previous version to be far more effective.
