I went through all the prompts to set up an account and get a transponder, which is $6.69, get to the end, and they want to charge $36.69. I'm assuming the extra $30 is to load the account, but there is no explanation of what it's for. Go to authorize the payment anyway, and I get a message that my license plate# is already on an existing invoice account. I've never created an account. Also tried to edit card info after it was entered. All I could do was exp. Date. Had to delete and re-enter

Just downloaded on an S22+ and right off the bat trying to enter a new vehicle the app times out scrolling through manufacturers. I litteraly can't select the vehicle make, it won't get past that. It looks impressive with an easy home page, but is completely useless if data can't be manipulated. No sidebar scroller or ability to sort options alphabeticaly.

Useless. I enter my login credentials, click login, it spins a little blue loading wheel for 1.5 seconds, then nothing. I'm really disappointed with my tax dollars. I can't pay them on the website no matter what browser I use. Edge, Chrome, I even tried Internet Explorer, like they said to in response to an inquiry. Nothing works. I'm just going to have to physically go to the office, and suggest they fire whoever is responsible for this trash they call an app/website, while I reload my account.
