The Birchgrove app allows residents and their families to access and interact with services provided by the Birchgrove Neighbourhoods.

The following functionalities are available:

Directories: Find and connect with other residents and team members.

Activities: Access all the calendars, details about the activities, and the ability to

sign-up for activities.

Maintenance and housekeeping: Place repair and service requests.

Visits: Sign up and announce visitors to staff and residents

News: Stay up-to-date on what is happening within the community.

And much more!

This easy-to-use app also provides a personal schedule giving you an overview of all the activities you signed up for and other personal appointments. The notification centre informs you when the status of one of your requests is updated.

The Birchgrove app is invite-only and exclusively accessible to residents of Birchgrove Neighbourhoods and their families. Please contact a team member for an invitation to join the Birchgrove platform.
