About this app
The CuidaIdoso project is an initiative of professors and students of the Federal University of Ouro Preto and aims to provide information on care for the elderly in a reliable way and verified by health professionals. In addition, people who volunteer can provide online help for the entertainment of the elderly.
The CuidaIdoso application provides part of the project content. Through it, the elderly, their caregivers and companions can obtain instructions on basic care, as well as participate in online activities (recorded or live) made available by the volunteers.
The online activities available in the application are diverse. Music videos, fictional or real stories, recipes, physical and cultural activities are some examples of available content.
