Another update. App doesn't work at all. Nothing loads. Just error message. Updating my review since it's been 3 years so plenty of time to fix the issues. Still have constant problems. I have time limits set for my kids but the app keeps pausing their access outside of these limits when they are supposed to have access. I will have to go in and reset everything then a little while later all their devices are back paused again. It will kick them out mid game when it pauses. Very frustrating.

The app is about as reliable as the internet, not at all. Constantly says there was a delay, try again. I tried for months. Tried to give Cumberland a shot but the app never works and internet constantly dropping connections and then resetting is not worth the headache. Going back to AT&T. If you work from home this is not the service for you.

This app is useless. Keeps showing an error message that says there was a delay, please try again but no matter how many times you try that's all you will get. I get alerts when something connects to my network and there are several that I didn't recognize but I can't get on this stupid app to see what's going on. FIX IT!!
