I use to love this app. It was very help and efficient for what I needed done. Now, for some reason I can't get into my account! I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and I still can't get in. I have called the number on the back but that's no help. So, I am reaching out to the maintenance tech department. Can something be done for this problem. Update: I contacted cumoney and my issue was resolved. They were friendly and very helpful. My account is up and running again. Thank you

had to change my password got in logged off went to get back in wrong password. can't even set up biometrics because it tells me password is wrong. can't see what my balance is I'm not impressed with this new app. very disappointed!! Very Unhappy.

Sense. the new update is have not been able to long in and have even tried calling and was on hold for 18 minutes they even locked my card
