Unable to sign up for an account for the past couple months after hearing about the Anaheim location opening in Feb. The system will not send the verification code to my phone number no matter how many times I press resend or how long I wait to press resend. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app: no luck even then. I am just trying to support, earn rewards, and have the option for easier ordering.

the only thing I dislike about the app is that I don't get the promos in the app (I have their competitors app too) and they have push notifications for deals within the app. keyword within. I get them in email for da vien which is an inconvenience. I don't check email as often. would push the stars higher if they changed this because I do like the matcha here better than their competitor

happened to get an email about the BOGO ube matcha and this is my favorite drink over all was super excited to get it as it only offered it for 1 day..... I then proceed to the app which is does not load.... I uninstalled and reinstalled the app to which again it does not open past the load screen and as I walk in to the store was told they can not do BOGO in the store at the register only the app (which does not load...) on top of which there's no "Help" access anywhere in the app just S.O.L.?
