Loyalty Personal Loan :
Now we are providing the Loyalty Personal loan plan for our Existing Customers. Where Customers can do the complete digital onboarding journey through mobile App.Customer has to follow below given steps to complete the journey.
1 - Only Existing Loyal customers can avail this offers.
2 - Customer just have to select the Loan Amount and tenure.
3 - Customer can choose the insurance(optional) from the app.
4 - Customer has to validate his address and himself by face match and liveliness check.
5 - Customer has to validate his existing bank details. We will validate his bank account at our end as well.
6 - Customer has to complete his E- mandate & E-Sign(Using clickwrap) for loan onboarding.

Last update was very stupid. I am not able to check basic details. The settings icon is in the top right corner. That side is the front camera. I am not able to click . top drop down also not able to click

Very bad experience. I have made the Full and final amount on 14th May 2025 to close my personal loan. i also shared supporting documents over customer support email. But no action has been taken so far. I have called customer care multiple times but every time I get the answer from the executive that they will forward the issue to the upper level department but nothing is happening. Getting a call from their executive to pay the overdue payment. Worst finance company I have ever experienced

I am not able to login to this app, always showing this application can't run in rooted device, but I have nothing phone 2a brand new phone, which is not rooted at all, I have new phone which is only 2 months old still showing rooted error, I check the device with root checker where the app saying your device is not rooted.
