One the worst app that I installed....as I am not able to login through my phone number or user id ..also the customer support is very bad ...I mailed about this 20 days ago but couldn't receive any response

Worthless app and worthless customer service. Trying to download pre closure statement for last 3 days without any success. Their customer care is clueless. Am about to loose a good deal on my car due to their incompetency. Regreting my decsion of going for loan from tmfl instead of a commercial bank.
