The new app allows you to have more control over your account digitally without having to access your online banking account through a computer or internet explorer. We all know navigating internet explorer on our phones isn't the easiest. Much happier with this layout! I must say, it's much easier if you initially change your password online and not through the app. It's always advised to go through internet to change passwords anytime there are major changes.

This app, if working correctly, is designed fairly well. It does everything I need it t too w/ out a bunch of hassle getting there. HOWEVER, about once a week the app locks me out & forces me to go through the prompts to verify my identity & re-register my device. I haven't cleared cache, I'm using the same wifi I always use to log in, everything remains the same. I type in my password, correctly, 3 times & .....walaa...I'm locked out. It's annoying & frustrating when I'm in a hurry.

This app is horrible. I can't do mobile check deposits anymore and I'm not close to any branches. The old app did everything fine and this new one has so many problems. I tried to stay with customers bank after moving, but this is the final nail of changing banks.
