Tons of features, reliable notifications and a flexible sorting system make this one of the best programs of it's kind. The only complaint I have so far is that the user interface is a bit behind the times compared to many of the newer, Material Design focused programs in this category. I really appreciate the option to display the to-do's in the calendar or not, and the option to set nagging alarms until the task is done is wonderful. Keep up the good work.
Double 5 star Long time user. Imminently usable, configurable, logical, and flexible. UI update is fabulous on both phone and tablet. This is the ONLY app I no longer shop around for something better. UPDATE 10/16. New phone and an install problem. I contacted support. They responded in less than an hour with the right answer. Great product. Great support.
Still good Returning to ToodleDo and Ultimate ToDo. Still really good. However, the voice to text doesn't work well. If I just name a task, it does nothing. It keeps open the line "I'm listening" . If I try to say "Create task" and then name the task, it hears me and opens the task editing window with the title "create task." Then the voice says "Creating task, 'create task'." So I just open a new task window and then use the voice to task from my keyboard.
Totally supplanted my old approach of bring completely (ToodedDo focused). Found UTL and went to heaven. I use the native Wear "note to self" interface to create to do items which appear in UTL. I use Alexa and IFTTL to create adds to shopping list and tasks, and the forward them to ToodleDo which auto synchs to UTL. All items end up in ToodleDo and UTL so I can inspect via UTL on phone or Wear, on PC via browser (ToodleDo). Voile'.
Save your self time don't dowload This looks good but for some reason not as easy as I thought I am not able to get any task to show up in the task to do widget. Which for me, defeats to purpose. You make task they should show up on the list! Right
How do I roll back to previous version? This version (3.2) takes away functionality that I prefer from previous version, for example the ability to long press a task and quickly change the due date. Please add short cuts from previous version back. Update: split screen view is interesting, raising my review.
Several layout improvements were made for languages other than English.
A Japanese translation has been added.
Removed the permission to read the phone state, since it is no longer needed.
A notification message is now displayed if subtasks are hidden from a list due to the filtering-out of the parent task and the use of manual sorting.
Fixes an issue in which overdue tasks would sometimes not have their dates highlighted in red in the widget.
Use Evernote to make notes, remember everything and collaborate on any project.
