From the beginning From the beginning I have been using CVS app and it has had bugs but that's to be expected as with any app you use. Your Tech Team has turned this app completely around and I'm impressed! It continues to get better and better. The easier you make it for us to use the better it is for our Pharmacy Team. For the past several months, I have never been able to login. Not sure what version this problem started, but it worked fine before that. I'd always used my password manager app to login, (or copy/paste) in the past. Now all I get is your "Sorry..." message. Please fix this.
convenient app Any update here? ADD FINGERPRINT SENSOR LOG ON FOR ANDROID. I get a lot of use out of this app managing prescriptions for my family. If it it could be a little less busy and still keep most of the functionality, it would be nice. The only other thing that keeps me from rating it 5 stars is if you would ADD FINGERPRINT SENSOR LOG ON FOR ANDROID. Otherwise, great work and thanks for making this app available!
CVS Needs to Invest in Developers This app is horrible and slow. I downloaded it to take advantage of the curbside pickup option but it's such a headache. If you navigate out of the shopping section and return, your basket is empty. I get error messages and when I call customer care they don't know the cause and they can't help. If you want to cancel an order you have to do it within the app but if you're having issues with the apo then you're out of luck. There should be an option to cancel orders by phone. This app needs lots of TLC
Kodak option sucks This is my THIRD year using this awful Kodak app and it gets worse every year. The Wi-Fi won't connect, you can't choose a different card design without starting over and downloading all your photos and reconnecting to the Wi-Fi which you can't connect to. Not convenient, just awful.
CVS > walgreens ...IMHO I really like CVS, and this app is another reason too like them. I just added my family members to this app to manage our prescriptions, and it was a breeze. Their customer service is also top notch. Only minor complaint is when adding a family member, they need to have a separate email account. My spouse and I share the same email. We worked around it, but I guess they do that for more security, so I can't necessarily ding them for that.
