I've used this expensively over the years, but lately, each update has made the app more and more inefficient. Where is my electronic card - the single most important item for checking out and it's either not there or buried so obscure that neither I nor the store clerk can find it! Today, I wanted to check coupons, but 75% of the screen is a fixed Welcome note! The space at the bottom has the task bar, which is not movable! I can see 1 line of coupon! Fix it!

while this app is helpful, there are constant issues which shouldn't occur for a company of this size. issues constantly occur in the savings section. it will freeze, suddenly refresh and take you to the top of the coupon list, randomly open coupons. and any time you try to use the back button, you're taken back to the top of the list of 250 coupons, instead of returning to where you were. for such a large corp, this really needs work.

Forcing an app download just to show a pickup barcode is ridiculous. The app is bloated, slow, and demands location and notification permissions I don't want to give. I only installed it to get the code. The best part? The pharmacy didn't even ask for the barcode. They just looked me up by name. I wasted time downloading this data-hungry bloatware for a feature the staff doesn't even use.
