Useless Even though it says there's an update avaliable, the link doesn't work to do so. Customer service was useless about this issue, saying just use a computer, it's better. I don't have a computer, just a smartphone. I ALWAYS have to log into the full site to make my monthly payment
On balance, not as useful as the website. The deal breaker for me is not being able to use LastPass to automatically enter a password. I can't even paste in a password from the clipboard. These 'security' measures would make my use of the app less secure because they would force me to use a shorter password that I can remember.
Still broken App is completely broken. Doesnt go past a screen that asks you to update. None of the buttons work to accept or deny . Really sad
Pointless I can't do anything I need to in this app. It says I have an update when I open the app, but it doesn't work when I click update now. I came to Google Play, and it is up to date...? The update screen won't clear so I can't even use the app.
Totally useless Just got the app so I could find a new primary care physician. The app doesn't work though.
