Ratings and reviews

I played with free version for a few minutes and it seemed that it could be useful so I bought the full version. When I was setting up the info on the app it crashed and I have not been able to load it again. I bought it but can't use it. I changed my review after the crash problem was successfully fixed.

I'm a new landlord and I decided to look for an app to help me keep everything organized and allow me to expand. Atter installing every single app and testing it. This app is by far the best one. Another thing I love is the constant updates and the customer support is fantastic. Great job guys! Keep it up! Highly recommend

Great App. Please add the option of backing up data locally instead of cloud only. New lease and expenses does not appear right away, still need to reboot the app for it to appear..

• Expiring leases notifications can now be triggered based on a custom number of days prior to the expiring lease. Simply, go to Settings, scroll down to Notifications category, ensure Expiring Leases Notifications is enabled, then change the number of days to your preference by tapping on Expiring Lease Notification Days setting.
