Despite having one of the best phones on the market with a ridiculously good camera, photo for receipt is always illegible. Given this seems to be impossible for you to fix, please add ability to submit .pdf on the app. It is easier for me to convert jpg to pdf than to get your app to not garble jpg

I honestly did not want to give it one star. I was on the phone with a rep as we walk through loading the documentation to submit the claim. however, 7 attempts and the rep advised the documentation is blurry. Unfortunately it's not blurry on this end as I'm taking the picture of the receipt. After numerous attempts still unsuccessful, so why is there a future to take a picture and it doesn't work? Looking at the Past reviews of app it needs to be shut down revamped to its full potential it's a waste of everyone's time
Aweful App There are six choices on the main screen. Only one works: account balance. The other 5 options result in an Error (R002) statement. Not worth 2 cents in value!
Crystal-clear images are never accepted by reviewers after they are submitted thru app. Reason: "documentation provided is not legible." Every. Single. Receipt. They're printed (not handwritten!) too. Makes the app useless, as you need to fax in each receipt.
Don't bother uploading your receipts, their software is so antiquated that they cannot read the receipts. When you see a clear picture on your phone they see a blurry mess. Additionally, there is no submit button and the claim stays there after you hit done. So unless you back all the way out, you won't even know it was submitted it.
