Have only been able to login maybe once in every 20-30 tries. Keeps telling me I may be using the wrong user id or password. Got a call today from customer service. They said to uninstall and reinstall app. Did that, multiple times. Same problem. Guess I'll just stick to the web version.
Who the heck designed the part to enter your birthday? If I was my parents age I would have to hit the button to swipe months over 800 times. What a terrible app, the whole thing is poorly made.
It's convenient to have access to my account on my phone, but the app destroys the quality of pictures I upload so EVERY TIME I am required to fax in my proof of services. I look at the pictures that my phone takes and see in crystal clear detail all the services rendered, patient info, date of service, etc. When I call the company to see why they can't see this detail they tell me I uploaded a file that is illegible. Of course, if I upload the same image through the website instead of the app I have to limit my file size to 1 MB, which is poor detail. It seems to me the company wants to do what they can to hold on to you're money so they get to keep more of it after your plan expires each year. Making document uploading difficult is another way to delay them paying you.

Unusable. Crashes and can't use.
Fails to log in (vs PC log in). Constantly crashes. This company has horrible claims processing logic; everything needs documentation, but the app doesn't work. God awful.
