Update: constantly drops calls or doesn't connect The app works as far is when I need to make a call or receive calls on mobile versus DeskPhone. However, it constantly logs me about and resets my ringtone option to my phone's sound which is a huge problem. I set a different ringtone in the app so I know it's a work call, not a telemarketing call or personal. Rarely can I view images texted by clients unless I'm on the desktop version. I could say more, but I'm limited to 500 characters.

Poor UI, poor instructions. For example, to adjust how to change your ring sequence between desk phone, web, or mobile phone, you select on Call Strategy. That would be more intuitive if it were called Ring Strategy. It the promts you to select the order in which you would like the three options to ring, e.g. Web, Desk Phone, Mobile. One of the other options is Both Simultaneously" How can you select "BOTH" when you have three options to choose from. This is just one example, there are more...

The app is very easy to use, and looks great! A few bugs I've found: Calls are being flagged improperly ie inbound calls are getting flagged as missed even though I answered them. While on a call, if someone else calls you your phone vibrates which causes a very unpleasant noise for the person on the other end.

What's new

With this release, we fixed an issue where the caller ID would only display the phone number of the incoming call. Now, the caller's name will display if it is available with the carrier or saved in contacts.
