Ratings and reviews

This app is extremely frustrating to use on my mobile devices. It often opens to nothing but a spinning circle and never loads. Sometimes I cannot answer calls, and other times I cannot hang up after the call is over. My colleagues experience the same issues. On top of that, contacts will randomly show as busy when they are not. For a business phone app, these are major failures. An app that cannot reliably load, answer, end, or correctly report call status is not dependable at all.

Barely functional except for sometimes. loses audio when screen times out, but not always...enjoy that one. will work with Bluetooth headsets.. usually...the audio device used will sometimes change mid call. It's honestly the worst app I have used in years, but it is functional. Kinda sad for a business product, but maybe they want everyone to use iOS for some reason?

Unable to pick up calls the majority of the time. Other times calls get stuck andy phone vibrates randomly until I do a hard restart. Cytracom is NOT remote or out of office work friendly. Avoid if you need this for anything other than to make calls from a hardwired phone. Everything else - including fax/text, can be done better by someone else.
