It's hit and miss. Initial synchronization is haphazard, I made several attempts over several days before the ekg finally linked with my phone. The problem is you need the phone app for travel away from home. I had much greater success with the PC version of the app. That's a little quirky too but it seems to be more reliable. The device itself is very impressive but only if the app works!

I have been having issues downloading my results into the app. I've lost all my data before. Also, the app won't let me edit the amount of time it captures a reading. ***EDIT*** Over a year later and sti having the same issue. I can't edit any of the settings in the app. I can't download my results anywhere because the sync never completes at step 3. Really wish I could get my money back.

Well it is easy to use with one huge exception: you have a really bad way of entering the birthday. Instead of being able to type the date, or spin a selection to get to the date, I had to push the previous arrow on the calendar to go from mid-March to mid-April 59 years ago... 12 taps for each year? That is an absolutely crazy way to enter a birthday. Otherwise it is easy to use, easy to sync, and very smooth to get the data from the device.
