The application does not load beyond the validating screen on Tecno Camon C9 and Alcatel POP 4plus. I have followed all the instructions to the letter. I created the vox APN as instructed. I have tried with my ntel sim in both SIM 1 and SIM 2 positions. It always ends on "validation failure" . I have had several chatts with the customer care on twitter. Still, no solution
I am not happy that over three months of acquiring a new Huawei P8 and P9 respectively I have not been able to use this app as it is giving error messages of not being able to login or installed.

I'm not happy with this ntel ntwk, why will u tell us to download an app that's of no help to ur customers. It keep telling me verification failure. So this means the sim card is useless and my money is wasted. I'm so furious now.
