Updates from my daughter's school are received timeously. Not a single communication or announcement have i missed due to having the app. A great and innovative way for schools to share details and important information

Hi i like the app all the school homework and correspondence is there, but its the second week now that i doenst load the new correspondence. It only shows 2023 last correspondence. Last week it did the same and in the middle of the week everything is fine, but when a new week starts its the same problem again, i miss my gr 1's homework from monday till Thursday. My ap is up to data and my phone scans clear for any viruses.
