Edit: Awesome, finger print scanning activated. 5 stars and flawless now. Great app. But cutting 2 star as anyone can open the app which has all my sensitive financial data. I have written walnut to add password or finger print as security measure but failed to get any response. Recently a colleague opened this app and got to know my salary. Looking more security in an otherwise great app.
This app does everything what it says. Excellent UI, wonderful way to track expenses. Even 5 star rating is less for this brilliant app. Hats off (y) Edit 1: please bring back the analysis insights that whether you missed your goal or if you met your goal for a particular month. I have been using this app from a very long time and these insights were there till Aug 2016. would love to see these insights again for every month PS: The above review still holds true, amazing app, Kudos to the developers.
Well thought app Update: Improved rating since my issue was resolved Update:reducing rating because now it is missing several expenses though message is coming. Previous feedback: I have just used it for couple of days and have already started liking it. This app is well thought for users. Unlike other expense tracker apps, this app needs very little user intervention. Update: Issues - 1. It fails detecting messages for paid bills. 2. It does not track refund messages and does not reduce expenses in that category.
Very useful for keeping track of your expenses and is way more accurate than other competition apps in this segment. Plus: 1. Neat interface 2. Automatically classifies stores into the right category 3. Allows excel export of reports 4. Does exactly what it is supposed to - track finances. No frills. Minus: 1. Need classification of expense types in 2 levels (category and subcategory). 2. Can't change category of expenses in batch. Would love to select and move a bunch of expenses from one category classification to another easily.
Could have inflow categories like salary and also recurring expenses.. Overall very easy to use. Would be great to track expenses on more devices than one, for eg. both husband and wife. Since each will have their bank accounts linked to their own numbers. But would be useful for household budgeting.
Half truth is dangerous than whole truth. Its rather better not knowing than knowing half of it, in economics. Having said that..this app doesn't read all messages of a single account. For instance, if i have spent X on Paytm, it will only show me transactions X-Y, it never shows X.
