Each quiz will take anywhere from 10 seconds to possibly 10 minutes.
The quiz makes you find the right answer to continue. Every time you get it wrong your percentage decreases. Each quiz has 21 random questions taken from a far larger set. You can stop at any time by hitting the red button.
Its fun, enjoyable and you might just learn something. Great for a Bar/Bat Mitzvah, Israelis/Jews learning English or any Jew or non-Jew who just wants a little bit of cultural variety.

The app is a way to spread Torah knowledge, specializing in a broad range of Halachic topics.
Extensive emphasis is placed on clarification of Halachic sources and explanation of how to rule on Torah law. All this is done in order for all to know that our Torah is a guide for life and there is no such thing as a Halachic problem that doesn't have a solution that is written in the works of the earlier or later Poskim, whose words we drink with thirst.
All the Halachot on this site are written based on the rulings of our leader, glory of the generation, Hagaon Harav Ovadia Yosef Shlit” a, who is considered to be the generation’s most accepted and reliable Posek (Halachic authority) based on the testimonies of the greatest Rabbis of the previous generation including Hageonim Harav Ezra Attia, Harav Mordechai Sharabi, Harav Efraim Hakohen, and many others.
Part of the Halachot on this site are based on the writings of Maran Harav Shlit”a in his precious works, and where he does not explain the issue himself, the Halacha is based on the rulings of Maran Hashulcan Aruch whose every ruling we follow, in addition to following the majority of Poskim, as is the usual practice of Maran Harav Shlit”a. In many instances we have personally asked Maran Harav Shlit”a to render direct rulings regarding certain Halachot published on this site, and we have quoted them in his name accordingly.
The Halachot cover all aspects of Jewish life, ranging from the laws of Shabbat to issues pertaining to the “Choshen Mishpat” section of the Shulchan Aruch (monetary laws). One who studies the Halachot on this site on a daily basis can, within a short time, gain a broad scope of Torah knowledge in all areas of life. As of now, this website deals with only Halachic issues, however, we are planning to add insights on the weekly Parasha and even more, in the near future.
The Halachot on this website are written by the grandson of Maran Harav Shlit”a, Rabbi Yaakov Sasson, member of the prestigious Bet Midrash Yechave Da’at in Jerusalem.

The " Israel History Maps " was created to illustrate the Jewish presence and heritage in the Middle East region throughout the last 3400+ years, and to refute the claim that Jews have only recently arrived and brutally taken their land from other sovereigns in recent centuries.
The project contains over 50 informative legible maps of today's Israel's region illustrating sovereignty in easy to understand, friendly graphics, along with a periodical timeline. The map set is divided into three eras, marking the three main periods of Jewish sovereignty in the region. The project is based on extensive research by previous winner of "The Tanach Quiz", Ilan Reiner, who has in depth knowledge of Jewish geography and history.

Chagall: Love, War, and Exile, for the first time in the U.S., explores artwork from the 1930s and 1940s by Marc Chagall (1887-1985), one of the foremost modernist of the 20th century. This was a significant but lesser-known period which Chagall spent in France and then in exile in New York due to World War II. Chagall invented his own syncretic style, drawing on elements of Russian Christian icons, Cubism, Surrealism, as well as folk tradition and Fauvist color, maintaining this independence consistently throughout his career.
Beginning with the evocative paintings from his years in France, the exhibition illuminates an artist deeply responsive to the suffering inflicted by war and to his own personal losses and intimate sorrows. In the late 1940s Chagall returns to colorful, joy-filled work celebrating love. The exhibition includes 30 paintings and 24 works on paper, as well as selected letters, poems, photos, and ephemera.
This application includes audio that features interviews with exhibition curator Susan Goodman, Chagall’s granddaughter and art historian Bella Meyer, and Professor of Art History at New York University Kenneth Silver. Seventeen selected images from the exhibition are also included.
