Why oh why, is this app so bad.... Yet again I cannot log into it just to do a car pre-heat! Or to check on the charge. You can't even change the % of charge to apply to the car when it goes into a sulk. If the car disconnects you, it can take days to re-connect it! Charging regime is so illogical. You tell the app when you want to drive it away, it works back from that time, NOT when you tell it to start. Contact customer services and they are NO HELP at all !!!! Don't answer reviews same!!

I give 2 stars o ly for the potential af what could do if working properly. Connectivity to the car is poor, having to repeat several times until I have the info about the car or the AC / heating system started. I have to guess what the menu options are, as it displays the names of the code variables instead of the real menu. This is far from being even a decent app,

Easily the least reliable app on my phone. It somehow requires me to delete My Dacia app data after every reboot of my Pixel 7 Pro with Android 15, paired with my Duster Full Hybrid Extreme. Quit a bad experience. To make it worse this app has been fully or partially under construction, according to a pop up that shows each time you start this app. Not recommended until all these problems are solved.
