A couple years ago, circa 2022, I had given this a one-star review because it only worked some of the time and would occasionally refuse to accept a machine-printed check that was perfectly endorsed and so on, using one of the latest camera phones available. Customer service was not too helpful at that time. But I find more recently that this app has been working pretty well for depositing checks with my phone. Give it a try.

Absolutely useless for mobil deposits. Takes 15-20 tries to get app to photograph front of check. In over several years I have never been successful it getting it to photograph the sparce back of a check. Never successful in having this app accept a check for a remote deposit. Useless, poorly designed technolgy. Only good for checking your balance. Since the bank cares s little for actual functionality of the app, I am extremely concerned about its security.

I have to keep re-installing this app every single time I open it. It won't go past the loading screen. Then it works for a couple minutes, and goes back to login screen again. It worked fine until recently, must have been an update with some kind of bug? Negative stars until fixed!
