Ratings and reviews

I've been using the app for 4 months and I like I received notifications according to my filters. I would like I could choose the amounts in less quantities than 25 thousands and also update the Sale Agreed signs as I keep calling asking for a viewing and sometimes if or when they replied it's already been sale agreed.

Most renting ads email requests are not replied to, or they send me an AI applicant selector link. I never hear back from the advertiser. When I call the ad number, they say another letting agency is looking after it and they don't have contact phone number. Waste of time.

The app doesn't allow me to save messages. I made a mistake in my email address in a message, corrected it, and tried to save it again, but it still shows the old message. I'm concerned that whenever I send an enquiry, the recipient may receive the old saved message with incorrect details. As a result I get no email replies. The issue appears on both iOS and Android. Also, even after clearing the cache, uninstalling the app, and reinstalling it, it still retains your account details! (Android).
