The best customer service and most responsive service provider! Just a little remark, the app is taking up too much data just browsing alone compared to apps like Qoo10. Anything can be done? Reduce the size of images maybe and allow us to view in better resolution only if we click?
Being a loyal customer of ezbuy for 5 years, i was worried about the 11.11 incident. However, my recent order was really fast and seems ezbuy is back to normal. Wanna say ganbatte! You will get it through. Thank you for all the convenience and good offers you have brought to us.
This must be the worst shopping app I've come across so far. Numerous updates didn't fix issues - unless I'm the only one facing them?? Long after my orders are completed, the status remains as not received. N I can't delete or amend the ship for me orders!
TBH the service level of ezbuy has drop. Suscribed as prime member yet encountered very frequent order got lost in their warehouse but what has been refund is only the item amount without the agent fee and shipping fee whereas it was lost at their warehouse.
I dont get my stuff, with many sweet reason and almost 1 month my payment for that item still not refund. Very bad service, every day ask at after sale site, no answer and keep silent. Ask at online chat, very annoying answer from them. Why it happen like this Ezbuy. I want my money back. Please REFUND ASAP..... very disappointed.....
Customer service and logistics handling are atrocious and customer support have been delaying for time by asking for 3 days more for over 1 month and repeating themselves. I have asked to cancel orders that are outstanding for 2 months but have not received any responses to my requests. Other than 3 more days or statuses not updated. Orders are received at their warehouse of the wrong design and despite me rejecting them when I was informed it was still shipped out to me claiming that I have received them. Orders placed in Nov for Xmas presents did not arrive in time and some have not even arrived at all today! Statuses are not to be believed as I have been told by customer service that they are not updated. I have a ticket open that has spanned weeks and weeks with no satisfactory resolution other than "goods will arrive in 3 days and shipped out" for a month. Refunds could not be taken out, being rejected multiple times.
