Daikin sucks at updating this tool with current equipment. Definitely a poor showing and bad reflection on Daikin. Whoever is in charge of the app should be retrained to flip burgers.

I am a contractor and I asked for access days ago still waiting.... What is the hold up. Either automate the process or have someone that actually monitors the request.
