App worked well on my old phone. The geo fence function never worked. I always had to manually set it to Away or Home. Hard to do while driving. Upgraded my phone, and now I can't even log in. For the past month, it has been telling me to try again later when I try to reset my password Update 2025: app changed to Skyport and I lost connection. Haven't been able to get it connected. Tired of wasting time on it. I guess if it isn't broke, they fix it til it is.

The UI is terrible. I should be able to adjust the temp from the home screen. Setting a schedule is extremely confusing and it forces me to select a range of 5°. I don't want a range, I want the house to be aiming for a specific temperature at a specific time every day. There is no way to change this. It also overcools the house to dehumidify no matter what I tell it to do. This should be so simple and straightforward. I have no choice but to use this awful app as my thermostat, please fix it.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. The temperature range is set by design on the thermostat to prevent short cycling. “Overcooling” may occur when dehumidifying. DO NOT BUY A DAIKIN AC The app and thermostat are horrible. It is way worse than a Nest or just a regular thermostat. It doesn't turn off sometimes. There is no control over the fan speed. So sometimes it blows at full blast for no reason. In the winter it's especially useless. It won't engage the aux heat, no button for manual control, so most of the time so it blows cold air at max speed. Why can't you just give me control of it? please just allow me to set a max fan speed.

Hi, inverter units automatically regulate fan speed for efficiency, though your dealer can optimize settings. The app and thermostat reflects this design.
