our mission is to help people get healthy while making nutrition advice accessible to anyone. by incorporating the sustainable and beneficial nutrition advice simply offers, you can change your life.

* save tips: save tips on the home page and then refer back to them in your account anytime
* tip tracker: track the number of simply tips you have applied to your everyday life
* view multiple days: the simply homepage displays today’s daily simply nutrition tip. never miss a tip with the option to view yesterday’s and tomorrow’s tip.
* simply chat: ask us anything about nutrition at any time of day.
* recipes: scroll recipes that are approved by our team of certified nutritionists
* simply shop: our online store full of products and food items that our team of certified nutritionists love and use themselves
