Fantastic! I am just getting back into fitness after going a few months without exercise. I am a full time student, with a part time job and don't always have the time to go to the gym. This app really did it for me. I have the freedom to choose a workout or join a program. I love the program because it gives me a schedule and a sense of commitment. The coaches are very motivating and incredible. Throughly enjoying getting back into a healthy lifestyle.
The easiest way to workout Cant say enough good things about Daily Burn. No need for a gym and gear. Just a little space and time is all that is needed. DB makes it easy to start, as workouts are available on the app and online. The workouts are fun and options are given to push yourself more or less as needed. TLDR Awesome!
Love daily burn I love the workouts they are so fun and challenging. Also love that they give a workout schedule and that there are different workouts everyday. I do my daily workouts when I wake up and before bed. It works wonders mentally and physically. With prayer eating clean and exercising , I'm getting the results I want. Super fun and exciting and I look forward to it everyday. Thanks Daily Burn!
Customer service sucks! When the app works, I absolutely love what Daily Burn has to offer. But it occasionally doesn't work with chromecast (the only reason I have this) which is very frustrating. So I report the problem and only get form-letter dumb ass responses, regardless of what I say. Customer service sucks.
Fantastic workout I have had 5 babies and been out of shape for 9 years. I am so ready to get back into shape. My first workout has been rough. My knees are giving up on me already
Great If You Can't Access Gym Great if you don't have a local Planet Fitness, but otherwise, I'd say skip it. Pros: Can access workouts 24/7; streams well; just decent enough variety of workouts to mention in "Pros." Cons: Nearly as expensive as a gym membership without personalized attention; if you're on a program, you'll def repeat workouts; at least one program description states the amount of time it'll take to complete differently from what the schedule shows; the calories they say you'll burn is prob 2x what it is in reality.
