Love! Gives you a good variety of workouts for those of us who workout at home and cant afford a regular gym! From yoga to super intense workouts- I love it. My favorite program is Inferno, I need to modify most of it but by attempting to keep up I am getting stronger. To get the most out of it the minimum equipment you should get are 2 sets of dumbbells- one light set and one heavy set, and a mat. Overall great program and instructors! Keeps me coming back!
Amazing and Unique I love this program. I've been doing it since January and I've lost 40 pounds so far. My ONLY complaint is that you can't fast-forward through the beginning of the program. I mean you can but it's so slow it's actually quicker just to watch it if that makes sense. And I do hate that I can't see the "BEST OF 365" videos without upgrading. They should be available to all. But having these workouts available anywhere and anytime is priceless.
5 days in Five days straight and I'm loving it. I'm a little bummed at the buffering and rewind option it doesn't let you go back a couple seconds on roku. In addition to not syncing with my Google fit when I don't use my phone. But Justin is great in True Beginner. However I would really like to see some of the features on the desktop be available on the app
Good but impractical I like having the app on my phone but streaming uses way to much data (my gym doesnt have public wifi). It would be good to have a way to download videos or have a low data mode. Some of the web features that arent available would be nice like being able to view the weeks program schedule or nutrition options. Hoping for improvements!
Keeps me on track This is a quick & easy way for me to follow a workout plan that doesn't get boring. The app is convenient which makes it hard for me to have an excuse. The workouts can follow a plan or you can randomize it by selecting something different each day.
Awesome I love D.B. I have just recently started my weight loss journey, and have done a D.B. workout everyday for 12 days, I'm already stronger. Lots of different skill levels, so even on a bad day I can still find a workout that will challange me.
