It is so fun to work out and be able to do it at home while my daughter naps. They have so many awesome programs, I will never get bored of one thing because I can just try a new work out!!! Perfect for busy moms like me!! And you can sync your progress with other weight loss apps to track how many calories you've lost! 10/10!!!
I love daily burn! The instructors are very "real" and not cheesy or annoying. The short workouts are a little more realistic for me to fit in around my crazy toddlers. And the pilates always leaves me feeling refreshed, invigorated and motivated to do better.
Been using DB for 2 years and I still love it! It has helped me lose 50 lbs and I just love the variety. Haven't had any trouble with the app itself either
Being a stay at home mom of 3 small kids (of whom none are in school yet) with no free time at all for a run or to hit the gym, Daily Burn has been so amazing for me. This combined with my low carb diet I've lost 8 pounds in less than a month!
I love that it's always available on my phone. This makes me more opt to keep the "daily" consistent because I see their Logo right there reminding me. Still doing the free trial month, and actually plan on keeping up with the work outs. Not for weight loss, to keep myself fit. Only have done yoga so far, LoVE Bri the instructor very motivating. Best app I've downloaded.
i love this app so far. I suffer from chronic oain for a multitude of chronic illnesses.... i went too bootcamp for 1 1/2 yrs but the trainer started pushing me too hard and tore out my shoulder... i have been off for 2 yrs now and fained akk 47 lbs back i lost. tried yoga burn, no success... other workouts were too hard to start. this is only day three and im so pleased. from my first day i had more energy. even though the first two days were really easy, i could still feel it enuf to know it was working. Day 3 kicked i am running sweat and it was challenging but not so bad it hurt and i did it, and feel like i accomplished something!!!
