I love the Daily Wire and the app by itself is genuinely pretty good. It allows me to listen to podcasts with my screen off at the gym, or watch movies whenever I want to. It also has a "continue watching" option which comes in handy a lot. There is however one massive issue affecting my enjoyment. The app constantly crashes when played in the background. Let's say, I'm listening to a podcast and I wanna respond to a text message. Well, can't do that yet. Please fix this. SBG for life.

I'm here for Ben, and i love his show. However, the app is complete garbage. For one thing, even at the best of times, it's awful at retaining your progress on a particular podcast, you basically can't leave it paused and minimized for any extended period of time if you don't want to lose your progress. Recently, though, the app has started to crash randomly while listening to content. it crashed 3 times during my less than 1 hour drive, and naturally when it crashed it also forgot my progress

The content here is worth it. There are severe technical issues with the app however which make for a very frustrating experience. Recently my biggest issue is that while I'm listening to a video in the background, the video will randomly stop playing. When i pull the app up, it goes to the home page instead of resuming the video. Then, when i go to the "continue watching" section, the video that was interrupted is not present there, or it is present with a terribly incorrect time stamp.
