Can't fit everything but: Their cancellation is scummy. You can't cancel through the app, it brings you to the website, which looks different than the app and harder to find how to manage the subscription. At first, you can only see how to upgrade, in small texts, you see, "cancel". Once you click this, it's you're typical scumbag, "but wait, we have so much more to offer!" When you click past that it offers a discount, with no obvious way to decline it other than clicking an X you can't say no.

They have updated the app and it works alot better! one thing I've found occasionally happens is that when I am on Bluetooth in my car and take a phone call, sometimes when I end the call and go back to the video it becomes high pitched. It is only fixed by disconnecting and reconnecting to Bluetooth. its annoying but not a deal breaker by any means.

App used to be the worst one on my phone, but it's like they read my comment! Every complaint I had is no longer an issue, I have the option to download any episodes I want now at home to save mobile data, but I don't even have to because they improved the data usage issue by making nearly every episode available in audio format. They also added a ton of quality of life improvements that just weren't there or weren't working before. Top notch dev team!
