Fun =D One pose 6 mo's ago and kept adding poses, now I am addicted to yoga! =D This app is perfect to train for actual classes. Leigh - I have a whole host of injuries from working in a cubicle including fibromyalgia. Yoga has given me hope, so I would say "Yes, it def helps and I would def recommend it for arthritis." Cubicles are torture devices, stay away at all costs! I'm being facetious, but seriously though...

Got me out of a wheelchair @ Eva and Leigh: Yoga definitely helps! I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, among other things, and yoga has definitely helped. This particular set is something that I had to work up to; I started with the lying down exercises and then I moved on to the sitting exercises. I really liked that this app has such sets for us that have to start with low mobility and move up. This is my first set Out of the bed, and upright. Wish me luck!
I love using this app. It's easy to use, it has an alarm to keep you on track and remind you to get moving too quick is great.
