Mobile application ORES BFC- "Tool - Resources - Mutual aid - Solidarity Bourgogne-Franche-Comté". ORES BFC was created and entirely financed by the URPS Liberal Pharmacists of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. It aims to facilitate contact between pharmacies in the BFC region and job candidates in the community pharmacy sector. Indeed, community pharmacies have been encountering real difficulties in recruitment and staffing for several years. Following this observation, we wanted to create this mobile application to facilitate the connection of pharmacies "job offerers" and candidates or job seekers.
The application allows community pharmacies located in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region to submit job offers and allows candidates (pharmacists, assistants and students) from all over France registered on the application to respond to them. ORES BFC is completely free for all users. ORES BFC also has the “Solidarity Support” mutual aid section, which was created to provide rapid and one-off assistance to pharmacies in difficulty due to illness, death or other compelling reasons. Thus, a pharmacist who creates his ORES account and registers as "Solidarity support" can be alerted and if possible, help and replace a colleague in an emergency to allow the pharmacy to continue its activity in accordance with the code. of public health. Indeed, according to the Public Health Code, “A pharmacy can only remain open in the absence of its holder if the latter has been regularly replaced. The appendix mentioned in article L. 5125-7-1 cannot remain open to the public in the absence of a pharmacist”. The pharmacist registered as "solidarity support" will thus be able to quickly replace a pharmacist or a pharmacy in difficulty (death, accidents, illnesses), for a short period while waiting to find a lasting solution. This application is only a transparent intermediary whose sole role is to connect a user looking for a job and a user offering a job. The application can be downloaded now from App Store and Google Play Store; the data is processed only by the URPS.
