The app works great. The worst part is that nothing gets done when putting in a service request for loose and aggressive dogs running crazy in the area. All they do is closed the report and say they will put a higher volume of patrols. Yet still don't see anyone patrolling the streets. So what's the point of reporting the animals if no one comes around or nothing gets done or if no one contacts us to see about the issue.

App has been broken for months and does not get past the validating location step of all requests. Why does City of Dallas accept this poor quality from app developer? Sep 2025 update: newest version hangs partway thru making a request. I can get to enter an address at the map page and then it fails. On subsequent tries, app gives an error that service request type is not available.

It's good just wanted to add it to my new phone. help to get the best form city's services.
