Use to like this app, but after the update, I can't even submit a service request without getting an error message so I can't submit anything at all. the same goes for the website an error message pops up when selecting the location that the area is outside the city's jurisdiction despite the fact I was able to submit a service request for that same area. I really do hope this gets fixed sooner as it's an inconvenience for many when one is trying to get help.

The app works great. The worst part is that nothing gets done when putting in a service request for loose and aggressive dogs running crazy in the area. All they do is closed the report and say they will put a higher volume of patrols. Yet still don't see anyone patrolling the streets. So what's the point of reporting the animals if no one comes around or nothing gets done or if no one contacts us to see about the issue.

It works but it's slow as hell and not to mention partially still buggy when looking for calls as when you reload the map sometimes reports won't show up at all until it delays and updates to the actual current report list when in map mode.
