Use to like this app, but after the update, I can't even submit a service request without getting an error message so I can't submit anything at all. the same goes for the website an error message pops up when selecting the location that the area is outside the city's jurisdiction despite the fact I was able to submit a service request for that same area. I really do hope this gets fixed sooner as it's an inconvenience for many when one is trying to get help.

The app works great. The worst part is that nothing gets done when putting in a service request for loose and aggressive dogs running crazy in the area. All they do is closed the report and say they will put a higher volume of patrols. Yet still don't see anyone patrolling the streets. So what's the point of reporting the animals if no one comes around or nothing gets done or if no one contacts us to see about the issue.

The app appears to work okay enough and looks nice, but it has a bug when opening the camera to take a picture where it doesn't open the camera until you tap upload a picture and then close out of that, then it opens the camera for the first button press.
