This app is great and easy to use! I really appreciate that they've been expanding the types of workouts (especially low impact and sculpt express as those are my favorites). The only thing I would change is to make stretch it's own category on the same level as cardio and sculpt. Having them in sculpt makes the stretch routines hard to find.

I switched to Dancebody from another workout method about four years ago, and I've never regretted it. It's so much fun to learn the dances, the sculpt has gotten my whole body into shape (without painful soreness) and I never get bored. The app makes it all very easy to customize the workout that's right for you, wherever you are and whatever your body needs.

DanceBody is unique and amazing!! It has also given me results faster than I expected. The sculpt classes not only tightens the muscles but it strengthens the body to dance with better posture. The dance classes always boost my mood and confidence. Highly recommend!
